- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ By Barry EvansAugust 14, 2025I returned to the store today and was attended to by a pleasant salesperson to hopefully fix a fault that occurred under warrantee, Nope, after condiserable attempts the fault is still there. The salesperson tried his best but is actually not a technician. The suggestion was to approach a store that repairs phones in the hope that it could be fixed. This would surely mean paying for a repair that should be covered by warrantee. The phone is not 13 months old. I think it should be replaced under consumer warrantee, I have been with Telstra for decades but my loyalty is misguided.
